If you need to consult any matter where you need legal advice, we are available for a legal consultation. The consultation proceeds as follows: in advance, we agree on the specific questions or topics to be discussed during the session, so that the time available can be used as efficiently as possible. Where relevant, we would also ask you to send us a brief description of the matter and any supporting documents beforehand, so that we can prepare and make the best use of the consultation.
We arrange consultations to take place as soon as possible after payment of the fee—in practice, this usually means the consultation is held within three (3) business days of the fee being credited to our bank account.
A consultation can last up to one (1) hour and may take place either in person at our office or online. Consultations can be conducted mainly in Slovak or English, but Russian and Ukrainian is available for additional fee, as we have to engage our counsel.
Following the consultation, we will provide you with all possible further steps or representation along with our recommendations—without any obligation on your part to continue working with us. Everything discussed during the consultation is confidential, regardless of whether it subsequently leads to further cooperation.
Price
The fee for the consultation is agreed and communicated to you in advance, before the session is scheduled, and it depends on the complexity of the issue to be discussed, as well as the number of questions you would like answered during the consultation. Basic
A basic legal consultation lasting up to one (1) hour, intended for straightforward legal questions or situations that can be clarified within a single session—for example, a specific question, a quick review of a single document, or general orientation on how to proceed with a matter.
Advanced
A legal consultation lasting up to one (1) hour, intended for more complex legal matters—for example, those involving several interrelated areas of law, a cross-border element, or matters that require extensive experience, specialized expertise, and valuable know-how.
Extensive
A legal consultation lasting up to one and a half (1.5) hours, intended for the most complex legal matters—for example, those requiring extensive advance preparation, in-depth legal analysis or addressing a wide range of less complex issues in a broader discussion.
